Oh, Facebook.

Does anyone remember a while back when women on Facebook were posting their bra color as a status update? And it was supposed to be some kind of stupid breast cancer awareness campaign? But it didn't make any fucking sense because they gave no context, just said, e.g., "Blue!", and the messages going around about it focused more on how funny it would be to confuse the boys?

Well. It gets worse:

So we all remember last years game of writing your bra color as your status?.....or the way we like to have our handbag handy? Remember last year so many people took part that it made national news and, the constant updating of status reminded everyone why we're doing this and helped raise awareness!! And please copy and paste (in a message )this to all your female friends to see if we can make a bigger fuss this year than last year!!! I did my part... now YOUR turn ! First of all: Too fucking long; did not read. Second of all: I hope English is not the first language of whoever originally wrote this. Third of all: What the fuck? So I'm supposed to post "I'm 13 weeks and I'm craving gummy bears!!!" on Facebook, so all of my friends and family think I'm fucking pregnant... and this supports breast cancer awareness HOW?

I hope this is actually someone's idea of a joke/social experiment, to see how much inanity they can get people to go along with if they just say it's for a good cause.
